Life Stages

PROACTIVE

This is the starting point of one’s career, and also the best stage to join the Contributory pension Scheme, this group is characterized by young Individuals who want to fit in at their various area of specialization and are also active, strong, determined, and inquisitive. They want to know that what they are doing is valuable to the company and/or environment… as well as valuable to them and their career and also to express their creativity and be able to complete tasks on their own – using their own methods. They are much more comfortable with technology, diversity and global awareness Joining the contributory pension scheme at this stage would be very helpful for the future because the worker has more years of contribution.

CONFIDENT

This stage consists of established professionals who are able to balance career and family; they contribute more to the society by guiding the next generation of young professionals. They are independent, resourceful and self-sufficient people who value freedom and responsibility. If they are put into a box they will start looking for a way to get out. They always want to be better at what they do, so they engage in different skill, training that relates not just to the job, but to their careers. At this stage they are already active contributor to the Contributory Pension scheme and know they know that their future is secured, although retirement isn’t around the corner.

EXCITED

The retirement stage consists of the highly experienced workers whose productivity rate is low but their experience and wisdom is second to none they have the mind set of “organize life around work and “work your way to the top.” Because they are defined by their work, when they approach retirement they feel financially stable because they contributed to their RSA regularly, many re-embrace their early values of work/life balance and being socially and environmentally conscious.
